The development of online job sites in the Philippines has really come a long way. Specially with the popularity of outsourcing and virtual assistants, online job search is extremely useful to finding employers not only in the Philippines, but even a bigger job market abroad.

This list was list was created more for the benefit of job-seekers in mind rather than employers. I’ll just add a brief description of the website and you can click on the link to learn more. I might also comment on the web design for a few websites which stuck out. Here are the list of …

TOP 10 BEST Job Search Websites in the Philippines – Job Sites Philippines

10. Sulit.com.ph / Ayosdito.ph = TIE

Job search is not the main function of these websites but these two classified ad websites have available job posting options. Employers can post for free and get lots of exposure since these get tons of traffic. Sulit has a large social communinity while ayos dito is aggressive in advertsing. It’s easy for job post to get lost in the buy and sell sections so search carefully and diligently.

9. Trabaho.com

Back in the day, trabaho.com used to be the head honcho among job sites Philippines. I still remember way back seeing ads on the side of buses and billboards.Though not as mighty as before it is still holding its ground. The web design looks outdated and has too many blinking stuff all over.

8. Jobrapido.com

jobrapido

*In a strong mexican accent*, “RAPIDO, RAPIDO, yariba yaribaaa!” This is the quickest job search engine I’ve seen that churns out fantastic results. I was quite actually surprised how good the results were. Upon landing to the homepage the search bar is automatically set to Philipines after checking your IP. Quick job search engine that churns out fantastic results. Clean simple layout with a web 2.0 look and feel. Give it a try.

7. Workabroad.ph

If you want to look for a job abroad, start here. This is a well-balanced web design compared to other job sites Philippines. No wonder they are an award winning website. They specialize in catering to OFW’s and workers who are looking for greener pastures across the sea.

6. Bestjobs.ph

This one carries a standard directory layout of job sites Philippines. It offers a free web address for your resume online. Free listing for employers also. It might have the best jobs, but it doesn’t have the best logo, lol.

5. Freelancer/Odesk/elance

Is blue the color of freelancing? The big three freelancing outsource websites. Typically most useful for IT job outsourcing, web developers, and virtual assistants.

4. Craigslist Manila

Don’t let the minimalist design fool you. Craigslist is a job website search BEAST. It started in SF California and totally designed around social trust and community. You can find quality job sites Philippines openings here.

2. JobsDB.com

In my opinion this is the sleekest and most well-designed site among the top Philippine job sites. The system is very fast and easy to use and has the best account profile setup page. The control panel is user-friendly and intuitive. You’ll find an incredible amount of QUALITY employers here.

1. JobStreet

jobstreet - best jobs website in Philippines

I just love Jobstreet and personally landed two jobs in the past by posting my resume here. I’m still fond of seeing ‘Lina’ (job alerts auto-emailer) in my inbox with a fresh list of jobs to submit to. They are very active in their marketing campaigns online and offline. They have a good support network that is very helpful.

Bonus:

fivver

Fiverr is very popular nowadays. Pay or get paid to do anything for five dollars. Well, not really anything. It’s great for quick virtual assistance task for Filipinos.

Great blog! Do you have any helpful hints for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost
on everything. Would you suggest starting with a free platform like Wordpress or go for
a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m completely confused .. Any ideas? Thank you!

siyam na taon na ko sa amerika
walang trabaho makuha dito na tumatagal
willing to do some changes
retail jobs for 9 years alway changes every year
i dont want to go to school, western culture is not my habitat
customs are different they tend to force or argue their superiority as world power bcoz youre from a third world we are not able to compete with their sensibilities even other americans agree that majority here are “self indulgent pawns” it bcoz everybody is doing it you should do it too type of mentality.
everybody thinks that “democrazy” is the best way to govern a country
people here need to wake up some sense of “individual uniqueness” that aspire to be different. well if you look up to some great people who makes sense in america their not popular bcoz the masses don’t understand their motives more spiritual & enlightenment self questioning
people dont want to think much anymore they just want things bcoz their popular and everybody gets it

Good day sir..

This is Francis and I read your concern and message. Are you still in America? How are you willing to do some changes? I have something to offer you. By the way I’m Francis and currently handling a project here in the Philippines particularly in Makati and Laguna. This may not be for you but if you do know it and have the desire to be part of my company’s project, this would be great for you. If your looking for a career that can help you provide more extra dollars and more quality time with your family, is it ok for you to take a look on what I would like to offer you. God bless and be proud we’re Pinoy.

Hello, I am looking for a reliable source regarding the same list you created, for online job posting websites.

I want to know what is your source before writing the list. May I also have the estimated percentage of votes or the tally of those websites.

Thank you! Every help will be much appreciated.
